Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking an ethical and honest individual with a strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs to join our team as a State Farm Office Service Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to effectively market our insurance products and services. You will also provide exceptional customer service by promptly and accurately responding to inquiries and servicing customer policies. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the achievement of marketing goals while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Schedule appointments with potential customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, including generating sales leads and expanding the customer base.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services to effectively market and communicate with customers.
- Utilize a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows, to perform daily tasks and maintain accurate customer records.
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Demonstrate a strong dedication to customer service and pride in delivering accurate and timely work.
- Effectively relate to clients and build trust-based relationships.
Qualifications
- Must have an applicable license or must be willing to obtain applicable licensing requirements.
- Strong interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to actively listen to customer concerns.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to effectively relate to clients and understand their insurance needs.
